pre season is not the real thing the players need to settle with him , wait till we are safe then play him . If mig is going lets give our own as much game time as possible
I always rated Rose and gave a shout out for him before we were even considering getting him on loan. At 8 million he is an absolute bargain, this is no gamble he has been head and shoulders our best player over the whole season. I said at the time of the Wickham deal, 8 million was ridiculous for a "prospect" I had never seen anything about him to warrant that price tag, and to be bluntly honest I still haven't. Rose is the future England left back I have no doubt in my mind. Cole is past it.
Baines plays on the right for Everton or so I thought, good player though but Rose could play in midfield next season, and hopefully Poalo will get a proper left back in from Italy, to free him and Mclean and put Ndye inside left.
That is quite a bit more than we are getting this season, but even with our current annual expenditure would nowhere near wipe out our debts...I feel that we are going to have to start to exist within our means in future, and we have seen the end of the owner bankrolling us out of his own pocket..
