KPR I would say its more about which team is best at dealing with pressure rather than which teams manager takes the most pressure off them. Pressure can be good in some ways, it makes you take responsibility more. Wenger for instance mollycoddles the players too much in my opinion which has made them complacent and naive on some occasions.
RVF. I agree with that to some extent. But look at Wengers demeanour compared to say Fergusons.Wenger was nervous and that transmits itself to players,They become nervous.I said in my opening point that when you are afraid to make mistakes you will make mistakes.Ferguson looked relaxed and that transmitted itself to his players. I used Rafa Benitez as an example too,He was sending out the wrong messages last season,his players were afraid to make mistakes and therefore making mistakes. You can send out the wrong vibes without doing a whole lot. Liverpools players even though under pressure don't look like they are under pressure because of the demeanour of the manager.He's acting like he's sitting in a deckchair instead of a dug-out.
