Yeah I watched a podcast with him on a few weeks ago where he said he was late for his first ever training session with us because he'd been on the lash in London all day the day before and he didn't travel back to the NE till during the night, and he turned straight up to his first ever session still pished.
He also thought it was funny to talk about another occasion he was late training because he'd been locked up the night before for being drunk and disorderly in Newcastle City centre.

I haven't given that podcast a listen yet, but fancy letting Danny Graham come and take the piss from day one man! ****ing hell no wonder we had players who couldn't give a ****, it must have been obvious from day 1 they could do what they ****ing want!

amazes me, they have a chance of a life that most lads would love...well paid and possibly fame for life and early retirement with a few television appearances.

yet they prefer to feck about being a 'lad about town' rather than sticking in for a few years...beckham and scholes whether you love them or hate them were good examples for other lads, for all their exposure through football i honestly cannot remember a single time the media got hold of anything they did outside football.

so true, i sometimes feel part of that apprenticeship should involve a few months working as a labourer or in a factory..they might appreciate what they have if they did a few weeks digging holes or stacking cages.

Didn’t Jack Charlton take Newcastle players down a pit after some bad performances or attitude to show them an alternative?

A spokesperson for Cleveland Police said: "A 37-year-old man is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court on Friday April 14 following a collision involving a Land Rover Defender in Wynyard on November 4, 2022.

"He is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol."

"The 37 year-old-man was re-arrested on Tuesday after footage emerged from 2021. A further charge of impersonating a footballer has been raised"
