Graham’s best mate is my grandsons father, as of yesterday he had held talks but had not heard anything further and that was from him.

I’ve asked him to keep me updated if he hears anything.
Any update on a possible signing tomorrow - according to smug?

If Wyke moved any slower he'd be travelling backwards through time.
I remember a sky gahe last season. The co commentator said he was so fast. He looked like he was running in treacle. He had a 15 yard head start and the defence were waiting for him at the edge of the box when he got there!!!

The gamble with Graham is his age, will his legs get through a long hard season.
We had the same with Leadbitter and he couldn't last the pace and he's virtually standing centre field playing the ball around unlike Graham who needs to run into channels etc, he's not going past anyone at pace.
I get he's experienced and a better option than Wyke but it's a no from me if he comes then I hope he can prove me wrong but I won't hold my breath.

This. Have we been a bit of a soft touch for decades, think defoe and Gates prove me wrong, hopefully Danny can do the same

I think Leadbitter should’ve been that player but he couldn’t be due to us no longer having Cattermole to be those legs. Power and Dobson struggled at times (I thought power was excellent at first but then turned into a nothing player after the red cards)

just how I saw it mind

Midfielders do more running than anyone else on the pitch, strikers do the least

not in Danny's case he has to run to prove he is alive and not stealing a living, as a striker he should be sued under the trade descriptions act
