The first 3 of those reasons you would imagine could be resolved somehow by communication and patience, the last of those is when you clear some ****ers desk and escort them out the building

I think the Southgate thing is it mind.
Surely that could have been done midweek. Not straight after a game with a press conference about to start and fans still lingering around.
It is strange for him to be frog marched out like.
Maybe he’s said something to Radcliffe re Amorim along the lines of “Southgate would have won that game” and he’s just snapped.
Radcliffe seems the type to make rash decisions.
