Move all international fixtures to the end of a season and injuries are going to build up a lot of jet lag from playing so many away fixtures. It is bad enough now in playing up to 3 games in each international break. I'm with you for the likes of the stupid Nations League competition but not at a national level, where they aren't needless but offer much needed extra cash to lower league clubs. Clubs who may one day supply us with another Kevin Phillips. I understand your frustration with blank fixture weeks, but they are just the price of success in being able to recruit international grade players.
