Definitely in with a chance but I think 2 miles may be too short. Having said that, his last win was over 2 miles in heavy ground, on this course. A tiny saver at 11/1

    0.5 point Quaddick Lake (11/1 B365 & WH)

I've only got a bet 365 or PP. I wouldn't be able to keep track of many more :)

actually what is up with bet 365 recently?? They've been worst price the night before on almost all races they've priced for the last week anyway...not cool.

Yeah Thomas Flint is the trainer's son. They landed a serious punt to start that sequence at Hereford when he went from 13/2 to as short as 11/10 before an SP of 6/4 so I'd say money will be crucial for this one.

One of lifes amazing quirks that Frankel's first foal was born on Sir Henry Cecil's birthday. He would have loved that. (sorry to go off topic)

Just the one small tipple on REALT DUBH tomorrow. Last Instalment is extremely talented and a great jumper, but he could well need the run. Would love him to make it to Cheltenham. It is a race packed with 3 milers and Realt Dubh has the tactical speed to surprise a few here. He ran no sort of race LTO with some early errors, and ran really well here when 2nd on penultimate start. Receiving weight all around again, if Barry Geraghty can get his rhythm then 9/1 looks a steal. Carberry has chosen Texas Jack but I'm not convinced there is an awful lot between them and actually in terms of comparable best form and efforts, Realt Dubh comes out on top for me. He is a genuine 2m 4f horse- not sure the rest are apart from his stablemate, so a clean round puts him right in there pitching.

I like Quaddick Lake 12/1 in the 2:50 with Ron and Badger

Remember two races ago it travelled supremely well before not finding a great deal to come 2nd. Dropped in trip today, heavy ground and like Ron says won over course and distance.

Of course will be backing it with Sticks selection.

Good luck all. Have a nice day!

Morning, team. Hope everyone well. I’m going to break one of my punting rules today (number 137 – never back a horse after they leave Mr Henderson’s barn as you can’t improve upon perfection) and have a little tickle on TROZULON in the ‘lucky last’ at Market Rasen (4.00).

The old boy won a French National Hunt Flat race as a 3YO but in this Isle has yet to oblige in 5 attempts. The first run for the forum’s favourite trainer though was an excellent one and saw Trozulon finish a close 3rd in a Listed National Hunt Flat race just behind such dignitaries as Keys and Cinders And Ashes. Slightly disappointing in his 3 subsequent runs for Hendo Henderson he was then off the old track due to injury for just over 18 months until returning on St Stephens Day to finish a decent 3rd for dear old Venetia Williams. Trozulon should come on plenty for that effort and off a perch of just 105 really should be very competitive this afternoon. He was always well regarded at Seven Barrows, will benefit by the slight drop in trip and I think current quotes off 4/1 more than fair.

    Good luck all.
