Impressive from Felix Younger - I thought Trifolium was going to stretch him there but he breezed past him and won going away. Trifolium plenty keen enough in front though, had nothing left for the finish.
Well done reebs what a finish David Pipe's Waterunder ran a nice race there - should be winning again soon
Feckin Nora! How the hell did he stay on? See the railside photographers scatter - they thought they were going to be mowed down. Driven out with no irons - great ride by Leighton Aspell
Cheers lads And of course that was one I left OUT of Chans comp Trying Wayward Prince to cause a minor upset next.
OK Oddy!..**** me that was hard to watch..(think!)..had to check the score again this morning..completely plastered last evening! Well done on the winners lads..off up to The House in Stranmillis for a couple of pints of plain to bring me round...commentary will resume at midnight ...if my wife hasn't sliced my toys off by then!
that just proves again what I was told about S-T-D on horses over 3 miles...nice tasty double up with Gitane Du Berlais!
Well here we are - it's Tingle Time, and the question on everyone's lips is ....... will he or won't he? Will Mad Moose dig in his heels again, or consent to trot for a bit? Apparently he's been seeing a psychiatrist .......... to be honest, giving your horse the name "Mad" is a bit of a fate tempter if you ask me Captain Conan to beat Mad Moose - a great forecast, but should I reverse it?
Mad Moose 40/1...should be 40/1 to start with the rest of them never mind win! Sire De Grugy for me (beautiful looking horse by the way!)
LOL Cheers for the Moose as he passes the winning post going the wrong way I love the beast for having a mind of his own - I doubt the connections do though Dunowen Point next up
Well done the Moore's..what a likeable horse SDG is,a real trier. However it really shows what a poor 2m division we have bar one.
