Yeah, agree with that RV, not sure the Nicholls horse is anything decent, but I really liked the way Geraghty got the horse back into his stride and then the horse went away very nicely. He looks to have the gears for the game.

Barry Geraghty was quite upbeat on his blog about his rides today - going for Whisper, Grandouet and Captain Conan as the pick of those

He did say that PN chose which one he rode in the 1-20, so I have gone for Utopie Des Bordes, with the 5lb allowance, at 10-1 should be a good ew bet

Typical - 1-2-3-4 places and mine finishes 5th!

Great performance by SDR though <ok>

just comp bets for me today , reebs has mentioned two I like the look of today 205 join together looks way to big at 16sew also wayward prince should go well.
in the 150 at sandown (comp entry) claret cloak ew at 10s with aspel onboard could and should go well they may well prefer the ground conditions today and claret is no stranger to running a fast time

Just an each way on Join Together for me today. The Nicholls yard seems to be in decent form. Plus, when it comes to Aintree and Cheltenham, I always tend to go for horses which have ran well at the course or in previous years runnings of the same race.

I'm on the football bets today, big. Suarez 2 or more, Suarez anytime - Liverpool win cast. Best prices 21/10 and 9/10 respectively. Like buying money, the form he's in.

I could easily have egg on my face after the next but I can't see the fav winning this. I think he will make mistakes over 2 miles. Run out of time.

Sorry, didn't have time to finish that as they went off as I as typing.

Got something right but selection not quite good enough. I still think Grandouet is a very nice horse so I guess Hinterland has been underestimated (by me at least).

What a run from Baby Run after that break - so unlucky not to win.

What a gallant run by the 13yo Baby Run. Lovely to see a horse enjoying himself like that.
