Very happy and surprised to see Mossey Joe back out today after his horrendous fall at the Punchestown Festival. Clearly a confidence building exercise today and really hoping he comes back in one piece.

Simmo - I am not really worried by Shiek the Reins run next time out as i think it was actually a decent run and were Oblitereight in that race i would not necasserily have expected him to win it either, certianly not with anything like the confidence i have about this race, although having said that the winner of the Sheik the reins next race Elusive flame finished behind Oblitereight in his previous race.

What i am more worried about is Shy Rosa's potentially lenient mark but i know i am just doing that thing when having had a decent wager where something that looks rock solid at the consideration stage looks worse and worse as the day goes on. On a positive not Oblighterate has been well backed today and now down to 2-1 - 9-4 whilst Shy Rosa has been drifting.

Feeling better now <ok> might get myself a curry later

had a greggs earlier on and can say it is the worst hangover food ever and scores a miserable 1 out of 10. You can read more of RV'S hangover cure ratings on a Saturday or Monday morning. The one to beat is Kebab Meat and chips with chilli which scores 9

I hope he wasn't eased with a problem and that they didn't bring him back too quickly.

Breakfast Burrito and a can of coke is a good one too <ok>

Best one though is aspirin, lots of water and back to bed for another 5 hours. Then get up just in time for the racing to start.

A baguette with thinly sliced steak, fried onions and thinly cut chips on top with sauce of your choice. Saw it on Man V Food and it is bootiful hangover food but make sure someone does the cooking as it can be hard work with a sore and tired head.
