Sir Henry Cecil has the favourite in the next two races at Newb, 7/4 and 10/11. I'm going to stick my neck on the line and say both will get turned over. In the first of these two races Require standsout on breeding imho, 11/1.
Ruby got that one home, bloody useless day so far, not a sniff. Three meetings and only one favourite so far. small e/w osmosia
Right lads i gotta go... Well done to all the ones who hit the winners, as im off to buy a new set of darts...!!!
First one, Popular, is well beaten. Admittedly went off 2nd fav in the end, 9/4. The next one, Wrotham Heath is odds on. This could be huge.
Backstreet Billy 4:40 Southwell looked a horse on the up when hacking up at Ffos Las 2 months ago and i fully expect more improvement from this horse today, Richard Johnson on board and i think this big horse will take the world of beating today.
Good shout george, really fancied Etikhaam but had no money on him! Oh well thats me done for the day home time
Good shout Gorgeous I think the Cecil horse that one on Wednesday Stipulate should be in every notebook to be followed anywhere, it will most likely appear in the Dee stakes next at Chester. Every horse has needed the run badly yet he did it with ease so we can presume he will also come on again for the run.
Unlucky with Florafern Stick if you backed her. I don't understand how Leighton thought running 4 wide the whole way round a 3miler was going to help her in the finish where predictably she ran out of energy. That was not his finest hour. She was looking very comfortable.
evening lads. There's a tip going round at the moment in the social i am drinking at the moment. Gin twist in the 6.30 @ Bath. I got 70s for it on betfair and its 33s @ laddys. Its went up a class but every fooker seems to be on it
I agree quel, think Leighton is a bit windy these days and likes to keep the youngsters out of trouble. The winner gave her a hefty bump at a crucial stage in the race and she couldnt recover. The jockey on the runner up must be wondering how he didnt win!
One for tonight 8.00 Bath KYLLACHY STORM 7/2 Has won 5 of his 7 races at Bath and is 10lbs better of than his last win here, has done nothing since then but showed LTO that he wasnt far away from returning to winning ways and may just have saved himself for his return here, his draw could have been better but if at his best is more than good enough to conquer that. Also just been told from Dan that BOCAMIX 7/1 in the 6.40 Southwell is in for a shout, good luck if you play guys and gals
