I take notice of trainers using certain jockeys to get the job done so to speak and tonight Fallon rides for Brendan Powell at Goodwood. It turns out i'm not telling you anything you couldn't have read in the Racing Post app. 10/1 seems like it's worth taking a chance that Fallon's not on the fiddle yet again.

7.25 Goodwood 10/1 Dark Emerald each way
 
Aintree 9.15 Top Totti 4/1

A bit of a cowards bet here but 4/1 is each way material for me in a race I think she'll be very hard to get out of the three and has an excellent chance of winning.
 
410 York is a mid field I have been testing myself late not with picking winners I places with confidence to post ! 2 good members have posted tips already mine will seem bizarre but with a good dist record exuding the last for 220 days off it has been run at stupid distances since its last decent run is now at right weight but most of all 33/1 ew good value last bid good luck all

York 4.45 Mappin Time e/w

Didnt notice this was running last night, fancied him strongly a couple of runs back and he was an unlucky loser, back on fast ground today should run a good race if he gets the extra furlong.

Jamie Spencer is getting worse Dan...... Gave it so much too do which meant could only succeed with a perfect passage. When he got blocked off first time he got out but rather than take clear route decided to try and go through horses again and got cut off once again from the outside. He is good when he's good, but it's not worth the risk for a trainer as is worse than a claimer sometimes.
 
think Croeso Mawr in the 6 40 chepstow will have a great chance, likewise the all conquering Longsdon operation has Killala Quay in the 8 45 at Aintree. good luck all who play....
