2nd, 1st, Unplaced. That will do just nicely. Landed a little bet on Holywell too - but my aftertiming can be backed up with screenshots if needed
Good never nearer 3rd place beaten under a length but feels like a loser..really should have won that. Unfortunately Carberry got injured in the Topham and was replaced by Scu (serves me right for always slagging him off!) who didn't disappoint and got into all sorts of trouble after 2 out before finishing up on the far rail at the post. Well done Beefy and Barney at the double!...and Mr Henderson with a treble..legend.
BB was impressive today...really hard to predict horse and Mullins has a very unusual way of placing him at times...worked today OK. Well done Uncle as well...missed you out earlier.
well what a day, The jockey on the morning line needs thanks, he said Josses hill was his bet of the day and he later picked out Boston Bob as his choice. Save The Humans I picked up on The Package having the form franked and I took 25/1 small e/w it's now into 16/1. Of course anything can happen in the National and I'm sure a few others will be carrying my couple of pounds each way before 4.15 tomorrow.
I think Chiclet 7/2 will take a huge amount of beating in the next at Dundalk. Serious bet for me Insurebet 3 places at 85/40 with Willy Hill.
Ran well and would have been interesting to see how Chiclet would have done if she was in the thick of the action as opposed to being isolated. Wipe of the face though so no harm done.
I'm not saying she would have won, but the loss of Noel Fehily was a severe blow to the chances of Hannah's Princess in the mares bumper at Aintree. Replacement Gavin Sheehan had her well back and wide from the off and seemed to get her into a bumping match round every bend. Then he proceeded to get himself into another bumping match halfway up the long Aintree straight, checking the mares momentum as she was trying to quicken and challenge. In the end she finished 6th beaten about 6 lengths but I'm sure she would have finished much closer with a smarter ride. Only a tenner e/w but my pocket is still talking fervently
Three winners Captain as Josses Hill was my NAP! For me a treble is exceptionally rare so I'm bloody claiming it
