Went out for the day so didn't get time to do any write ups. 6/1 winner and 16/1 2nd from 4 selections aint bad. Chapter and Verse blew his chance when coming out slowly from the stalls. He still made some very good progress down the wide outside from last and I'll keep an eye out for him. Seperate Ways was undone by the poor draw at Galway. Lutine Bell is out tomorrow again and is best priced 7/1. Stepped up to 7f and I really hope tomorrow is his day to get his head in front!
Yes, it was a cracker Nass. Stoute's horse took it up at least twice but Namibian kept pegging him back.
I think I knocked Fiorente after Royal Ascot and quite rightly as we saw him beaten by just a good honest horse today. I think Fiorente is going to be a good four year old, looks like he needs experience and today should do him the world of good. I do hope they rethink and send him to the St Leger.
