Only ones I can think of that im pretty sure have won it! Parma, calagari and sampdoria maybe, cant even think of a 12th italian club!

I've been away for a while so let this slip, not many guesses on here. Maybe udinese. This is a hard one.
 
Well you 2 actually did very well,

The 12 were

AC Milan
Inter
Juve
Lazio
Fiorentina
Torino
Bologna
Sampdoria
Cagliari
Napoli
Roma

And the one we didn't get was Verona.
 
I reckon it was Steve Heighway. Remember him being plucked from Skelmersdale. The lad did well

James milner? Dont know if hes had england caps for them all but played at leeds newcastle villa man city and liverpool

or maybe defoe? Spurs west ham sunderland portsmouth toronto?

This is a surprise, I was sure it would be Milner but it's not him or Defoe. Anymore guesses.
