I'll have a go at:
Blackburn, Brighton, Bolton, Blackpool. I think they are definite. Just a case of getting the other 6
 
How about Barnsley and Bradford (but which Bradford; didn't there used to be 2?)
 
Definitely Burnley, forgot them.

Right so what other teams begin with "B"?
Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bury, Bristol City, Bristol Rovers, Barnet, Brentford, Burton
Unless it's a team now in non league I think I need 3 from these. I think I can safely rule out Barnet and Burton.
I'm pretty sure Bournemouth have never won the cup but that's as far as I can get
 
It's teams who have played in the final, so I guess that counts losers.

My 10 will be burnley, Birmingham, Blackburn, Brighton, Bolton, Barnsley, Bradford, Blackpool, Bournemouth and bury.

After all the boob jokes I have the answer. I actually got 9 right, so it's as above but with Bristol city instead of Bournemouth.
