    it looks really bleak at Epsom today

    I went to this meeting a year ago when it was really hot and sunny - about 25C
    it was a fantastic day! <cheers>

    Nassem Alyasmeen 3:45 Catterick. Likes the soft ground and having won on soft Saturday the horse would appear in good fettle, i'm hoping this turns into a real battle with the top two in the market Bordoni and Ed De Gas and with ground conditions not really suiting either, i expect us to stay on best to win. Also this is a race Mick Channon has targeted in recent years winning 5 out of the last 6 runnings and at 3/1 it is a bet for me today.

    Not to worry. He's going to run in the Champion Hurdle on Friday instead. He diverts from a race he could have won to one he has no chance in. Now that's what I call placement!
