Dan I once went to a Pizza Hut for lunch and when the waitress came round I said I would take the all-you-can-eat lunch buffet for $7.95. She informed me that was only available until 1.30 and upon checking my watch I did indeed find it was 1.35. Seeing plenty of food still left on the buffet I tried to reason with her but no, rules are rules. So I ordered something else for a lower price ($4.95) after which the waitress and her mate proceeded to empty the entire contents of the all-you-can-eat buffet into bin liners and chucked it away. I was gobsmacked - waste of good food AND they got less money out of me. Silly ****ing cow.

ANOTHER FAV LOST Oddy in the pizza hut girls defence they only prob doing what they told to do, at our hospital they stopped some nurses selling cakes for children in need in case some one bought one a choked and complained !!!!!!!!!! honest !!!!!!!!!!!!! they said the cakes were made off site and were not covered by the insurance MAD WORLD

Fantastic, the daily thread is back discussing what everyone had for their lunch. Forget those silly ponies running round in circles the real rebate has commenced once more! For me at the old 'top table' it was beef stew and dumplings. Abslutely first rate and I awarded the catering staff 9/10.
Note - Shortbread is to give me enough energy for my bracing 3 mile walk home this evening. Joy of joys. Saying that it takes less time than it does for some of these horses to finish the final furlong at Southwell Sands
