I'm avoiding Wayne Hutchinson like the plague at the mo Swanny - he's on a shocking run with only 2 winners in November. Poor return when he gets so many rides for King & Greatrex
The 4.50 at Wolverhampton should be run at a good clip and that is essential for Richard Hannon's ENJOYING 16/1, who I tipped up at 12s at Bath a couple of months back. He's a Marju so benefited from the step up to beyond a mile and a lot of them seem at their best when there is a real pace to aim at. The tight track might be to his benefit too as they really do tend to quicken up markedly as they reach that turn, so if the pace does get a bit inconsistent down the back, at least we know it should get a bit frantic half a mile out, and he might just have enough time to come with a late run. He was in front of both Masstricht and Glee that day, the latter getting within 2 and half lengths of Albany stakes winner SAMITAR, which is very good form in the context of this race.
Disappointing. Onto the last, which sees Baby Driver off bottom weight, which surely gives her claims in a low grade handicap such as this. She ran rerspectably in a claimer last time behind a 70-rated winner, and has all sorts of bits and pieces of form in amongst better horses than these which would put her well in here, despite her maiden tag.
Beautiful song this - the lad has some voice on him
