Get rid of him as his play doesn't permit him to try and hold us to ransom. All the hype is over rated.

I don’t think he’s overrated, but we can’t afford to mess about, I’d prefer him to stay, but if he doesn’t sign the new deal offered, we’ll have to sell him to the highest bidder in the summer window, imo.

He is the one player out of the valuable players that we can lose without affecting us to much.
Get him gone if he don’t want to stay.
    I’m with Nige on this.

The last thing we need going into a new season is a player like Hannah deciding that he's the bees bollocks and can therefore demand his own price. No single player is bigger than the team and shadow chasers should keep their thoughts to themselves and allow those who know the business do the business. Let's focus on keeping the best of those from this last season and build on that bedrock without those who believe they deserve higher attention than what they are worth. If both parties can come to a deal where both benefit then all's well and good but we need better from him in my books.

Massengo cost bristol city via MA/LJ £7.2m, we need to trade him for as much as is possible and not piss about.

That's a lot of money for a project that was never completed and although future considerations and possibilities are an important part of long term building blocks I still think this one got away. Good luck to him but......?

I agree lets move him on before his contract winds down and he becomes worthless. Refusing to sign a contract is him making a statement to BCFC - get rid - like we should have done Maynard all those years ago.

I'd rather keep Semenyo out of the 2

Not sure that is entirely accurate? I think the final total could be close to that, but was contingent on a number of different clauses being met. I'm not sure what they are, or if they have ever been triggered. The 'upfront fee' was c£2m from memory.

I hope Antoine hasn't joined the unsatisfied at Bristol City lot because it doesn't look good for him staying the course. He has 2 years left on his contract and it always irks me when I see this endless need to rewrite the fine print during it's tenure because in my world a deal is a deal until it ends. The endless discourse amongst players at Bristol City just furthers the argument that we are not a club of choice when it comes down to crunch and it will certainly be a factor when the summer bargaining starts in earnest.

For me any player that baulks at signing a new contract doesn't want to be here and should be told to move on or sign on as we don't need dissatisfied players in the dressing room at any time but especially when it kicks off for real.

There was always gonna be these kind of stories as he’s done so well this season, along with Scott. This summer is not only about bringing players in, it’s also about trying to keep our best players.

you see various "wages" that some sources state our players are on ... some of the younger ones are [ arbitarily ] on lower wages!!!
HNM, ANTOINE and the recent academy promotions should really be encouraged to stay with a wage and contract that befits their efforts ........ HNM and AS SHOULD BE ON 3 + 1 YEAR DEALS WITH ELEVATED WAGE!
RECENT academy promotions on higher wage and contracted till aged 23 ..... we cant have a settled team of good players whilst contracts are ending/ wages do not fit the first team squad ...................

He could also be available at a cut-price fee, as Football League World claim that talks over a new contract have stalled – meaning he’ll be entering the final 12 months of his current deal this summer.

Got that bit wrong he is under contract for two years with a third if required-big bucks if the want him 20 million plus i would say.
Come on massive under Nige and his coaches.
