As for getting knickers in a twist....look, people here are fed up with thread after thread on how to deal with Dai and if some of you used a bit of sense and adopted the practices I suggest the problem would go away. Chico agrees, as do many others. If people continue to reply with quotes to his posts it'll get worse not better. Even Dilli has said that posters should be made aware of this.

Now do you get it? Jeesh!

As for a clique - any visitor to this site would have to be blind or thick not see one at work here.

With the way things are going, it won't be threads being closed but the whole Swansesa board. It will soon be a goast town, as nobody will want to post here. I getting sick to the back teeth of all this sniping and back bitting from EVERYONE.

This gang thing that a lot seam to go on about, perpahs you have to see from another point of view. We have TWO groups of poster that get along/ agree with the general opinion of each other. You don't have to be a member of MENSA to work it out. Some sit on the perifery and wonder what the hell is going on.

Now with the way things are, we will never have any resonable debate on this forum because it's a them v's us secnario, and each thread will be derailed and turn out into a mass slanging match, and to be honest visitor to this site must think were enemies. The Cardiff lads must be pissing themselves at us.

Now a lot of this fall out has been since Dai had his weeks ban, I've put it on record that I'M the one that impliment his ban and the resoning for this was constant derailment of threads, not respecting other posters views and name calling. I'm all for a good debate and use having a different point of view is healthy otherwise it would be a drap place to visit.

Now what do we do to resolve these issues. I have posted on here last night that several poster aren't happy with us mods and I'm prepared to put my name in a poll that you can all vote on to keep me as a mod or remove me. I've no problem with that. If the other mods want the same, then everyone can make the decision.

I actually can't wait for the end of season as we will have bugger all to talk about, so me might not get into a slanging match with each other.

Chico, Valley, Musty, please PM me if you want me to include you in the poll as I will do this tonight when I suss out how to do it.

I've said it was a joke of a thread right from the start. People don't want help on how to post, despite the good intensions its not going to work its that simple. If one person responds to a post about Dai the others who have him on ignore can see the response from them, so it will have posts like what the **** is he saying now, I can't see his posts etc, so in effect the same as now.

I mentioned earlier that people have self determination , so have it within themselves simply not to respond to a comment if you don't want too. It's that easy. I find that I only comment where I want to, if I didn't want to post a reply or thread then I won't do it.
