FAO Mods,

I had a pm a little while ago from a QPR fan. I know I couldn't believe it either. Nothing offensive just to bring my attention to a thread on their board. This thread was started by one of their posters and to cut a long story short this poster had no confidence and and was challenging a mod on there. The result was that their board backed the mods and said poster has received a 3 month ban in the hope of cooling things down. It was a case of back the mods or the poster and their fans voted on it.

I'm not saying this is the way to go and it's up to you 4 what you want to do but it is what they did on the QPR board.

He insults posters, derails threads, makes ridiculous accusations and now wants all the mods removed. If there was a similar poll on our board to what QPR did then I know who I would want to keep. But like I said just food for thought.


Ps Neveroff, don't copy and paste his comments please because that way I see them and tonight has been a pleasure having him on ignore

That's a link to the QPR thread, quite a lot of reading but as you'll see it was basically back the mods or the poster but one had to go. Maybe it's time for that here too

I really get the feeling that some posters are actually revelling in this nonsense. Grow up the ****ing lot of you, and Dilli - stop stirring the ****! Whether you like it or not there is a feeling of a clique about this forum. Jager is spot on. It's obvious many of you know each other outside and it shows. Anyone who voices a different opinion is mocked and drowned out, and when one of the group takes against you it's usually not long before the lot of them turn up. No wonder this forum has a reputation - and it's not good.

That, combined with the return of our lovely neighbours next season has made up my mind about not contributing here next season. Some of you lot won't be happy until all the members have a chat here (in which you will all agree, of course) and then discuss what colour baseball caps you're wearing to the game later down the pub.

As I'm on ignore with Dilli then he won't know I think he's a prize tool (waits for the ban) He always reads my posts or one of his butties tips him off. Mark my words. He's not only a prize tool but he absolutely revels in stirring up conflict. A real nasty piece of work who lacks judgment and has the mental age of a kindergarten pupil. Next step? "Please sir! He called me a name. I want a ban and you can take this as an official complaint"

Sorry Swamp - you coming up was the final straw. I can just about battle our own morons, but will struggle fighting on two fronts next season. Give 'em hell.
