    From what I'm seeing is that DQPR have made an offer of 11 million USD for Defoe and interest from another club (believed to be us). Defoes current team said they will decide what's the best offer... So IMHO city would have to at least match $11m or better it... The other factors are that Defoe will want to be in the London area and we have already allocated the funds elsewhere for Ayew and Mohamed Diamé... I can't see us spending another 25 million + as I'm hearing the Ayew offer is somewhere in the region of 12 million euros...
