For those of you expecting him to be a goalscoring striker, he isn't, he's more like an assists machine. He'll provide loads for Jelavic. He'll probably get a few more himself, but his link up play with the midfield will be what he's brought in for.
Also, Hernandez appears predominately left footed when you look at his goals. May work well with Brady and Robertson?
He's got less assists than he has goals. Not even a third of the amount. 36 goals 11 assists in his career.
Do you think there\s a chance SSN will announce interest in someone before someone in the know on here does? If not then I just won't bother watching SSN.
Richard Graves ‏@RichardGraves1 I'm told Hull are still working hard to get some deals done before the 11pm deadline. I'll be here until the end! #SkyDeadlineDay #HullCity
I am hoping we can pull off a shocking deadline day move that will get the pundits talking and show a signal of intent. Kind of like the Huddlestone deal.
Will make a change to have SSN Live in Hull/Cottingham from the norm. Regulation Harry from his car window to follow soon......
Dunno, just what I was told from a mate whos a journo in Italy. He's very highly rated, lots of potential, just that we shouldn't expect him to bang in 20 odd a season. But he will bring out the best of others around him.
Guy on Sky Sports saying now that it is extremely unlikely at this point that any teams in the Premier League will sign a player that they haven't approached earlier in the transfer window. Meaning any signings we make will most likely be names we have already heard banded about or unlikely as it may seem in the era of social media we are go for a player that has been approached earlier in the transfer window but kept secret.
I suggested this when the story broke, nobody agreed. Too expensive they said, happy in Canada they said.
Those kids stood behind the SSN reporter are the source of 99% of all transfer rumours on Twitter. But fair play for the Macca chant
