they have Jason Roberts on 5 live occasionally so probably him, but I don't know why they'd want him to be a pundit.

Roberts, Higginbotham, Dean Kiely are all ones who will be pundits and have started already.

I'd love Temuri Ketsbaia to be a MOTD pundit. Would be great to see him get too passionate about a goal at the Gallowgate end, rip his shirt off and have to fight off Hansen whilst repeatedly kicking Lawro in the face...

Simmo I could see. Perch would be good because he could fill in on a number of shows and in different positions on the sofa's.

Barton seems to be trying to get into it at the minute. He loves the sound of his own voice, thinks everyone loves him and knows a lot less about football than he thinks. Ready made Colin Murray replacement.

Harper was ok on 5 live the other day but his accent is VERY, ahem.... Mackem.

I think the Walcott would be good, he usually gives good after match interviews, he always comments on the rivals as well as his own teams performance and he's well spoken.
I would love to see Lineker replaced, probably with someone who is a bit more dynamic, Lineker is too scripted for me. How about Guillem Balague? :emoticon-0105-wink:

Harper seems relaxed and genuine in all interviews so he'd make an awful pundit. Need a boring, greedy and obnoxious camera whore with little footballing knowledge beyond their own team history. Michael Owen springs to mind.

Seriously, that is the worst part - it's too easy to imagine it. Hopefully he'll get some sort of face injury before retiring.
