I couldn't help noticing that ex-academy teammates, Best, Dyer and Walcott, all scored in the Premier League today. And although he's no ex-Saint [yet..?], Ryan Dickson did very well for Yeovil yesterday.
Must say, I'm rather impressed by both Best and Dyer, and how they have progressed since leaving Saints. They rightly began in the Championship, but have become proper Premier League players in the last season. I always thought Dexter Blacksrock was a superior player to Best, yet how fortunes can change. Blackstock returned to the Forest side yesterday, after a long while out with injury, and came off the bench on 76 minutes. If I hadn't seen it in the post match details, I wouldn't have noticed.

Did you notice any other ex-Saint this weekend..?

I'm surprised Wenger hasn't given Chamberlain more of a chance. Looked lively when he came on and is better than Arshavin and Rosicky who are awful.

Same. Arshavin is ****in' woeful he's 10% of the player that arsenal bought a couple of seasons ago. Rosicky is past it, and chambo will hopefully get more games this side of the season

Arshavin is f**king useless. Arsenal will need to pay a team to take him, how about Pompey, they're in need of some cash!
