It's not really that we are not eligible Rogue. We have decided to boycott it for a few years as a protest about the treatment of gays in Russia. It's not accounts. To be eligible the rules state the club must have been a member of their national association for 3 years. It's unclear as yet as to whether Rangers membership is regarded as continuous or whether there was a break at oldco's liquidation.

Awe ffs . And proof of being a member is three consecutive years of annual accounts .
 
As far as I'm aware there is nothing unclear about it . Rangers cannot compete in European competition until they post those accounts . That has always been the case since liquidation and nothing has changed in the meantime .

Thems the rules .
