Got my own ticket, why do people post pictures of theirs on Twitter, isn't that a bit naff.

We’re pleased to tell you that the posting of your EFL Cup Final tickets has now begun, and tickets will begin to arrive with you from today. Tickets are sent out in batches, so the deliveries will be staggered throughout the week.
All tickets bought in the same transaction will be posted to the lead booker, this is the Supporter Number that was used to complete the purchase of the tickets online.
If your tickets have not arrived, please only contact the Ticket Office from Wednesday 22nd February onwards – we won’t be able to assist with duplicate queries until this date.
We understand the excitement of this fixture, and that many fans will want to share the news of their tickets via Social Media, however please be aware that posting a picture with your seat details or barcode clearly visible can have risks associated with it.
Ticket touts often use pictures shared online to advertise tickets for sale at vastly inflated prices, and genuine fans can easily be tricked by seeing pictures of real tickets, which are not for sale.

just seen a 17 year old Liverpool fan on Twitter selling a ticket in Block 539 (£40) for £150. If he is for real then it beggars belief.

For the FA Cup the corporate allocation is huge, but for this trophy I'd imagine the demand isn't as great.

Plus the FA also hand out a fair few tickets to organisations and individuals who contribute to the game at grassroots level, so it's not all corporate schmoozing.
