Liverpool and Chelsea never met in FA cup final before...but Liverpool are going to win.Meeting in the FA cup final would not happen for another 50 years.
we met in 2005 in the carling cup final. Chelsea won AET. FA cups are RARE. they ought to be more celebrated than the present day plastics who only care about 4th it seems. we have won 7 FA cups in our history, win another and we go joint 3rd with spurs. Utd have 11, arsenal 10. We won in 1964-65, 1973-74, 1985-86, 1988-89, 1991-92, 2000-01, 2005-06... I can remember 5 of these. chelsea have won it 6 times so can tie us and villa on 7 if they win. 1969–70, 1996–97, 1999–00, 2006–07, 2008–09, 2009–10, Cheslea have won this 3 times since we last won it. ............. All in a all a mouth watering tie that should be celebrated.
