Breaking News: Greg Cunningham to miss two months of action. No fracture but has ruptured a tendon in his ankle.

So were looking at the end of November to see him back in a city shirt

Games he will miss

Watford v Bristol City
Bristol City v Leeds
Bristol City v Millwall
Leicester v Bristol City
Bolton v Bristol City
Bristol City v Burnley
Bristol City v Hull
Huddersfield v Bristol City
Birmingham v Bristol City
Bristol City v Charlton
Bristol City v Blackpool

Good news regarding Skuse too

Cole Skuse not as bad. Still has bone bruising and a lot of swelling. Absent for weeks rather than months.

Bad news all round. Two key first team players missing and we still get a valuable point away

In years gone by we would have lost this game 3-0 or more. McInness really is the man

As my wife said leaving the ground, last few seasons we would of crumbled but "always believe" is back. Del has done something because they don't give up anymore

Sometimes ligaments can be worse than a break.
I broke my ankle in a pre-season game - the bone healed around Christmas time, but the ligaments took longer - I eventually played in April

Hopefully, the daily attention/treatment, oxygen chamber, etc will mean that he is back much sooner..!
