It has to go up sometime. £30 was an absolute bargain, £130 for someone up to £16 is not outrageous for PL football in comparison to other things. Very good point about the £499. You would have thought they would have realised that being business geniuses.
Nope, I meant to say exactly that. I could have added more to counter what you'd put, but lost interest part way through.
This is the daftest post that you have ever put up DMD. There is no such thing as Hull City AFC OSC. Check your facts.
http://notohulltigers.tumblr.com/post/87885259771/season-card-renewal the comments sum it up tbh .. get over it ffs you want to carry on and get more members annoyed ?
The pedants are revolting. OK, for the hard of thinking and oversensitive, as they dare not rock the boat for fear of losing the OSC, which would limit the organised meets with players, will the Hull City* Official Supporters Club change their name in support of the chairman's wishes? *That's Hull City AFC, as opposed to some other Hull City.
Just shelled out £514.00 on the plastic...If we stay in prem next season...add another say 15% on top taking it to £588 or thereabouts..still probably one of, if not, the cheapest in the premier ....Money well spent..
good on you ... that's what supporters are about in this "sky" tv age ... never mind history or tradition .. you watch the event .. . and for me everyone else can stop going or put up and shut up ... that's life DMD .. your moving because they CAN and WILL .. you have no choice .. get over it
oblivious to the growing masses against CTWD is funny .. these same people posted supportive comments in feb/march/april ... you may want to look at your target audience .. as it is shrinking as you try to become more than a group of middle aged men angry how football is the way it is
As iv said before. I am well pleased to be moving from e1 to the north stand.... Always thought we should have had the North Stand as our home end . Though I agree it would have made sense to ask just those in E1..E2 and E3 what they think..
It is outrageous. The same pass for a lad of that age to watch eggchasing is £10 with away games free. You catch 'em young and you keep them forever. Also he has about another £200 if not considerably more of Hull City accessories bought from the club shop. Not forgetting at 11 he has to go with someone who's pass has also risen by 30%. Premier League or not people I know are genuinely thinking twice about buying a season ticket this year simply on price alone, it is no longer an automatic choice for a lot of people. The club have to handle things like increasing prices and re-positioning people's seating arrangements with a lot more humility then they have been showing because once you take your customers (fanbase) for granted then you are in danger of losing them. The blind loyalty you and I have shown over the years is in short supply in todays society.
I'd say disappointed, rather than angry. And I am middle aged, though I'm also one of the oldest on the committee, in fact I think one of the seven committee members is not much older than my son. As for the support that we do, or don't have, it's hard to gauge amongst City fans as a whole, but by any measure, it dwarfs the support for Hull Tigers.
A lot of this moaning and bitching just seems to be people unable to adjust to the ways of Premier league football. If you dont like the way the bus is going then get off. I hasten to add, I dont like a lot of it but this is where we are.
