You've missed (or avoided) the point. WHEN the Trust is formally created, should IT receive a direct official invitation from the Club, with the full knowledge and support of the owners, an invitation to take a part in these techy meetings, then you can claim what you do. But right now some of you are attending and claiming to attend as group representatives when you are not, you attend as individuals who have applied to attend. It is a simple indisputable fact that you finally accepted in another thread, after the release of the so-called minutes from the last meeting. Unless CTWD has officially changed into Hull City Supporters Trust then you should stop speaking as if you have. Unless those who attend are truly representative of their groups, in the eyes of those who call the meetings and extend the invitations, then you should stop talking as if it is something other. Unless this is done, then the groups who manipulate these simple, but critical truths do forfeit integrity. If you believe there is benefit to the new trust or the old protest group, by rushing the gun and gaining change by deception then it is my opinion that both are best steered clear of, as future standards of transparency and honesty are questionable. It is ridiculous for Hull City Supporters Trust to try and be something they are not, at this time.
Newcastle and Everton have been openly for sale for years. It's a myth that there's buyers queuing up to chuck bucket loads of their cash at vanity projects like PL football clubs.
he said he'd go if he couldn't change the name. he can't change the name. therefore, unless he's not telling the truth, he's leaving. qed.
The FA Cup Final will be the legacy of Steve Bruce. Allam has passed us onto no one yet, let alone someone better; why do you all insist on putting the cart before the hoss? The legacy of Assem Allam will be turning fan against fan, club against fan and club against all of the decent values of community spirit. Phil Brown got us into the top flight for the first time in our existence - the club, fans and community were united in success, that is the legacy of Bartlett and Brown and it is a cracking one; it is only folk, such as you, that insist on attributing the debt as a legacy for Bartlett -but it was not, was it? He sold the club, the debt was bought for £1, he did the right thing. His debt growth was nothing in comparison to Allam and his loans. As for Pearson, don't make me laugh. What have rumours confirmed; have those rumours become something more, something that the rest of us are ignorant of?
