    Partey still being assessed, but it looks like a repeat of the thigh injury that troubled him from last season. Still TBC.

    Also, Tomiyasu isn't expected to be in full training until April 18th (after the Southampton away game). Not good to hear, considering he was meant to be close to fitness after the Palace match.

    Injuries look like derailing our season entirely.

    I would be tempted to play Saka as a LWB as Tavares short Arsenal career already seems to be toast.

    We can play Martinelli on the left and ESR on the right up front.

    If Partey is out, then Lokonga comes in ? Or do we play ESR alongside Xhaka and then put Pepe on the right ?

    Saka is one of those players who is adept wherever he plays and he’s played at LB/LWB before, so I’d be tempted to play him there too. If Pepe is back from illness, then play him in Saka’s position.

    Lokonga replaces Partey, yes, but I wonder if we try a 3-4-3 or whether we stick with the 4-2-3-1 and see where it takes us?
