I’m sure 36 points will be enough this season in which case we’re 89% of the way there!

So not only can we play some good looking football, but today we showed that we can scrap as well. Far too many displaced passes from both sides, but just about every player kept going. Poor old Holebas however must be feeling a little bit lost going home without a yellow card to show that he was on the pitch.:emoticon-0105-wink:

The only problem I’ve got with today’s result is I’m on Dry January so can’t have a drink to celebrate! <cheers> (What I’d like to be doing...)

What would you like? I have some Bishops Finger, Spitfire and some Beer from Corsica, alongside some red and white wine. If you tell me your preference I will have it for you if that would help. :emoticon-0131-angel

Suppose that’s what we get for upper mid-table safety...

  13. I'll take that all day long. We could be safe in early February - if they keep focussed it could be a very special season. Here's hoping.

Great win and coming back from behind!

So many different goal scorers this season - who needs a goal scoring striker?

So good you said it twice
As for the MoTD running order if it had been a win for Palace it would have been second or third
Gary Bell End still can't come to terms with our success

  16. It really wouldn't have been any higher up the order. I'm actually surprised it wasn't last.

Fantastic result, less so the match. Fortunately Watford's decision making going forward was nullified by palace's complete ineptitude in front of goal. Brilliant finish from Cleverly, all but absolutely perfectly timed. Close enough to make it triple celebration: for Cleverly on his return; for the memory of GT; and, well, it's the winner at palarse, innit... sweet!

Does anyone else think that Hughes's concussion should be looked into? I find it hard to understand how a player can get seriously concussed when the ball is nowhere near him.
