I have said that we did not know if our problem was management or players. Now, with a new manager we start the elimination process again. Ollie seems to have some new ideas, but so did Lomas, and seems intent on driving the players on to better performances. Now we may see if this tactic works. Are we going to see the same old, same old from the players or a reversal of form and a new energy inherant in them from a new coaching perspective? I would like to see the latter (wouldn't we all?). So, it behoves all of them to put in a full shift and put the past behind them. Good luck to them all and
