We have the nerve to show aspiration, which is actively discouraged – unless you distort the transfer market by having a billionaire chuck vast amounts of money at your club. At which point, you are allowed to have aspirations, because you paid a lot of dihrams for it...
Our system is Ave a go!, its my favourite anyway. I try to be optimistic that our forwards couldn't possibly have a worse season, but miserably, I've still seen nothing to suggest any difference for at least 2, (and it could be any 2...or 3! ) who will continue in the same vein of hit n miss...literally. Crouch will be kept, Harry can't resist abit of punty football now and again.
Our stable of strikers is bizarre, if you look at their main qualities: * Scores in Europe, but only good for assists in the league (Crouch) * Bangs them in when he feels confident, toe-ends it to the keeper constantly when he isn't (Defoe) * Scores a flurry of goals for a few games, doesn't contribute much for a few, and repeat (Pav) * Only looked top class when partnering Berbatov (Keane)
Pav's agent stated that Crouch is likely to be the first Harry will sell. Well I still think he and Pav should stay because a confident Crouch can only be good for the team.
