Homzy has got a good record and since he works for Team Talk he's got connections with Sky, so there's good sources for transfer info there. Apparently so. He says Team Talk, to use his words "is part of Sky". To be fair he isn't the only one reporting this. Even before The Mail Exclusive, a few on Twitter and the Oatie said Palacios was at the ground. He's at the training ground apparently now.
