Yes. Now you say that Col, Wilder fits the bill for me. The main issue is finding someone to come with the constraints we have.

We should really have got the Dutch bloke but didn't want to pay compensation. That would have been Hoos's decision.
No surprise here but gutting it didn't work out. Hard to point the finger only at him, and hope those who are also making decisions will realise they need to go too.
