No he was not here legally, he entered illegally and abused a system that was designed to prevent a hard border on the Island of Ireland. Ie he was not British or Irish, he should have been arrested - It was a blatant abuse of an agreement that had worked for decades. No the resources are not there because the guy shouldn't have been in the UK. Rubber stamping his stay until 2028 has already been stated by politicians as bucking the system, not those words obviously. It's a pisstake and this is the reason people are getting angry, especially when they go on and try and behead people in the street. If you abuse the system and use the route not designed for your free passage, you are here by illegal means.

I thought he was given leave to remain back in 2022 ?

Yeh but white People cross borders too
It's an asylum legal loophole he's exploited, a backdoor route, we all know why the CTA was in place, it's actually been in place over a century, it was meant for free travel for UK citizens, but because of the complexities with the creation of the EU, it became an exploited path. Hence he came in via air from Paris to Dublin, as allowed, but then exploited the CTA.

2023 I believe, he came in from Paris to Dublin then exploited the back door route of the CTA. So yes legal in that sense but it's ****ing pisstake and needs to be closed to exploitation, we all know the real reason for that route and it is certainly not for Sudanese people to enter the country.

Skys live feed of Belfast now

Keep having to cut away from the ground reporter because people are coming out of their houses to shout at the camera things sky do not want you to hear

Things like

They don't belong here
We want them out
Send them back home

Stuff that sky thinks might offend yo, the delicate little viewer at home.

Anyway some good news today a Sudanese national (yes, them again) and an Afghan have been sentenced to over two years prison each for endangering lives, when crossing the channel on a dinghy. They were arrested when they came ashore and I believe have been in prison since - the Home Office is now looking at the possibilites of deportation. These are the first two to be tried under the new law in January this year, and hopefully should serve as a warning to others.
This seems like good news until you actually read the report.

The people prosecuted weren't smugglers, weren't involved in taking money. They where basically told at gun point steer the ****ing boat.

But yes I agree the people at gun point should get ****ed rather than the people organising the crossing and making millions in the process.

I think until you move out of Cornwall you should stfu. I hear Belfast is nice this time of year, just jump on the Translink bus from Dublin and you'll make it fine. There's a nice protestant road there, can't remember the name but the kerbs are painted red, white and blue, so a Cornwallian will fit in nicely, with an Union Jack flying at one end of the road. Probably be a few homes up for sale there within the coming months, they look at bit blackened at the mo, but nowt that can't be fixed up, the roofs caved in, but I know how much you like looking up to nature, just perfect for you. Oh and one last thing, you'll have to stop supporting Arsenal and don a Rangers shirt.
What the **** sort of reply is this

Keir Smashing the gangs innit

Just like he's emptying the hotel's and putting them into HMOs

It's all very complicated and diversity

Well Keir never was going to smash the gangs. So you take the next best thing. Much like drugs, loads of people get done for smuggling, but it's not often the ringleaders.

It's good they are dsimissing the excuses for a change ie they pointed a gun at me, well sorry mate, you chose to take the journey and board a craft that is clearly overloaded on a dangerous journey. It's about accountability, I expect we will struggle to deport them though, the Home Office will impress me if they achieve that aim.

Pakistan return Afghans, so see no reason why we shouldn't. Sudan will be a lot more controversial I expect considering the state of the country. Not sure how any of this will work.

Remind me again why the UK needs to take any asylum seekers or refugees from anywhere?

Every country should be obliged to takes it's own legal quota, it's about humanity, helping though fellow human. It's only when people try to buck the process/system I get upset. Everyone deserves a chance in life.

If such a thing as God exists, in your next life he's sending you back as a Gazan child in the midst of bombing, we are hear to learn bro, so start being kind and he might send you back as a Billionaire, give you the name Elon Musk. :bandit:

It's not about the working class tho

It's about the invasion of Britain and Europe by 3rd world barbarians

It's about leftards and leftards politicians ignoring that fact and instead calling natives who've had enough far right nazis

The strategy is working well
For the far right nazis that is <laugh>
Of course it's about the working class

Do you see houses in Kensington being transformed into 407 bedroom HMOs .

No you see the terraced house that used to house a family, turned into ****ty bedsits.

When it kicks off, do you see the rich areas on flames, no do you ****.

It always the the working class areas, it's always some poor ****er that's come home from work to find out his house isn't there any more.

Abdul and John who quite got on. Both staring at the burnt out husks of the family home they've got no money to replace

If these ****ing idiots wanted change, to actually do something that would make something happen. They're wander up the hill to the big ****ing houses. Threaten the people who matter, rather than targeting the poor ****ers who are just trying to make their way in life same as them

This shouldn`t make the slightest difference mate, they knew the state of their own country before they left but decided to bring it here
Kick the ****ers out.

I remember the case of a rapist here claiming human rights when we wanted to deport him, the reason? he was wanted for rape in his own country and the sentece there was death.
Didn`t want to face trial in his own country but was happy to repeat the crime here because he knew **** all would happen except him getting fed, a clean bed every night and a warm place to live.
