The problem for me with this case is, he raped her, then stabbed her 60 times, can that sort of maniac ever change, there has to be something deep rooted to do that sort of crime, will it ever go away. Not worth the risk imo, he should never be let out.
Yeah I don’t think he can get a whole life sentence on account of his age. He’ll probs get some sort of suicide watch/protection when he first goes down, but it will only be a matter of time before somebody gets to him on the inside and ****s him up. I doubt anybody will have any sympathy for him when that happens either.
The only thing wrong is not the length of the sentence but that for some reason these monsters are protected because of their human rights when they could/should be suitably dealt with by hardened criminals who have a moral compass on certain types of crime The best punishment for him would be that every day for the rest of miserable life he wished he was dead, people like him cannot be rehabilitated into normal society
There’s definitely a code amongst criminals that those who commit the most heinous crimes will be dealt with. Child killers are at the top of that list. It’s only a matter of time before somebody on the inside ****s him up.
