I'd prefer Minister for Sport tbh ... first move would be to bin FFP and PSR and introduce a spending cap for ALL clubs and an annual draft type limit to the number of signings a club can make in each transfer window ... that should put an end to clubs continually buying silverware / trophies (not you Spurs) and to Chelsea stockpiling players... If that's not clear - am happy to repeat it ... more than once ... Oh and relegate Watford to the Beds, Bucks and Herts League, where they properly belong ...
