Seems to me you've got a bit of an intentional skewed perception, you even removed the entire good things I said about the UK, to focus only on what you want to see, it's as I said to you at the beginning of the conversation, you don't like to listen, only to write war and peace. You also fail to mention that if someone enters a UK home, the most that is likely to happen is they will be chased down the road, enter an American home and you are likely to have your brains shot out, that's why you leave your doors unlocked. All Cities, even in the UK, experience the worst crime, anything else such as small towns and villages are just as serene.
I lived both places... I have a large number of contacts in both places I talk to every day. I do indirect-work for both governments. There is definitely good and bad about both countries. I was basing it on actual statistics. Crime is statistically much higher in UK. That said- there are some ****ed up things about the US, and I absolutely wouldn't say the US is a better place than the UK it's not. But crime is one of the few things that the UK is subjectively worse about. Not just compared with US, but with Europe and the world as a whole. When I can, I will move country- not sure where yet...but I have EU citizenship... maybe I'll try Spain one day... maybe instead I'll go to New Zealand next I've been courted by their immigration before, they're in high need of IT.

Years ago I walked past a womans body dozens of times , Some bloke had murdered his GF chopped her up put the bits in a bag and lobbed them off a low bridge into a big thick bush .I used to walk my previous dog round that area and used the bridge , Rather unnerving to hear you were only 15 ft from a dead body
