From a statistical point-of-view. False rape/sexual assault occurrences have been estimated at 2%. Statistically, the chance of four different accusations all being false is 0.000016%. Now, no-one should be convicted based on statistics and famous people might be more likely to receive false accusations than average Joes because they obviously have money to be taken... but still, purely playing the numbers, there is a very low chance that Brand is actually innocent. Edit: I did find another number that put the rate of false accusations at 8% (that's the highest I found from a quick googling). At 8%- that puts his chance of being innocent at 0.004%. Playing devil's advocate though: if we pull 10% out of arse though... increase the odds of false accusation because he's famous... that would put chance at being innocent for four accusations at 0.01%.
He’s been set up clearly and clearly the reason being he’s influencing the minds of many millions against the powers that are now attacking him just my opinion as I know very little about him apart from he’s never been shy in saying he’s a shagger and that he got it spot on about the Covid hoax
Id go more for evidence from eye witnesses with the many women who have had relationships with him including his wife rather than some stat that’s probably all over the shop as per usual could you imagine being convinced of that stat be fkd fk going to your court
I wouldn't convict anyone based on statistics. The evidence will have to be weighed in his specific case... just spitballing the odds of his innocence as a purely logistical outcome. Other women who have had relationships with him would be completely irrelevant though.
If you were caught stealing a loaf of bread on Monday; would a receipt showing you purchased a loaf the following week be relevant? If you were caught speeding on the M6, would an eyewitness account saying you obeyed the speed limit on the M1 be relevant? Do you think if someone rapes one woman, they automatically rape every woman they know? Do you think if someone rapes one woman, it's OK as long as they didn't rape any other women? Other relationships could present themselves as character witnesses, but that's the only relevance they have. Defence will have to be careful in how they play this though, because they could accidentally dig up more rape accusations if they go looking through past relationships.

I think he's most likely guilty from a purely statistical standpoint, but I haven't seen or heard the evidence first hand to properly evaluate his specific case.
If you're assuming rape is always one person physically overpowering the other and forcing sex, you're unlikely to not realise immediately that you are being raped. However, rape is also recognised by courts when one person gives in despite saying "no" many times, because they fear coercion or fear the consequences of not going along with what the rapist is doing. In the latter scenario, one might not fully grasp that what is happening to them constitutes rape in the moment. In other cases, the victim, like you presumably do, might think that rape is only when one person physically overpowers another and doesn't learn that other forms of coercion is also classified as rape. (I am friends with someone who was raped- not from being overpowered but was threatened to be beaten up if she didn't play along- that was just as much rape as if he had actually beaten her)
