Now reported that she is refusing to attend sentencing. Well we need to change the law so that they are forced by whatever means to drag them into court. Even if they have to use a straitjacket and shackles...

Ex Editor of a Sunday Paper and the New Stateman found guilty of downloading 167 category A child porn photos (the most serious kind) and plead guilty to 3 charges of making child porn. He admitted to looking at child porn since the 1990s.

Given a ten month sentence.... suspended for 2 years.

2 just stop oil protestors climbed the Queen Elizabeth Bridge. The old bill closed the bridge until the protestors came down.
They were were convicted under new laws regarding demonstrations (that are non violent).
The two were jailed for 3 years and 2 years and 7 months.

Our justice system is beyond ****ed.

I'm generally very anti death penalty but this case is bringing out the primitive and depraved parts of me. I honestly would be happy if she was just tortured to death live on TV.

As I said yesterday, I've sat on a Jury a couple of times, there was one thing that concerned me during my service, that was the modern day invention of people being able to give evidence by video link - it always left many questions in my mind. It's much like listening to someone on here in comparison to listening to that same person in a pub, perspectives. (I accept there are some very genuine reasons why it's done)

I also apply my same logic to people who refuse to attend sentencing, I'll use Letby as the example here, throughout the whole trial she has mantained her innocence, in short lied through her teeth, so I can't see where that article which I've read, applies in this circumstance, she's innocent isn't she in her eyes, so why shouldn't she attend, she can continue to tell us how innocent she now feels she is, can't she?

I feel if attending was applied in a more forceful tone (via language), engage with them in moderation to a reasonableness that gets them to comply.

The reason I say that, if a trend is set not to attend (which it has) is accepted, people see this through the media outlets and apply that same attitude if they are found guilty of commiting a crime. Afterall they may wish to erode some claims at a later date, so it's probably in their best interest to attend, unless of course they change their mind and now admit to being guilty, good because that then is the first step to acknowledging your guilt.

Trouble is today, everyone wants to give a reason why something shouldn't be done, we need to stop this nonsense and demand it is done. She as with many of the others that have refused to attend are not facing the death sentence, they should be grateful for small mercies, so if we need to apply a little pain to get them back to the court, who cares, do what they need to do.

I'm sure with the right persuation, Letby could very easily be persuaded to change her mind and attend, as you stand there with the shackles and straitjacket in hand, your choice Letby!

 

Got some info that's not on the news. The guy who tried to cover for Cashman by providing him with a false alibi has been stabbed. The police arent looking into it too hard...

At the sentencing a fight broke out between that little girls mother and father who apparently hate each. The media blacked it out.

During the investigation, a couple of people were sent to the detectives house who was leading the case to intimidate him and his partner.

Not sure. He’s apologised and said it was put up in error. I’ve looked at it from different angles and the conclusion I’ve come to is that it is race related.

 

If he has apologised and not denied it then it does exist and if it was released by accident it represents his view on us white scum

He has to be sacked and jailed for inciting race hatred
