Tbh I don’t think English wickets suit Spinners nor do the weather conditions. Sometimes things go a bit crazy but rarely.

I dont think they is a top spinner in the world atm. The best bowlers this world cup Lockie Ferguson, Jofra Archer, Mark Wood, Mitchell Stark, Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Amir

Normally class spinner takes wickets no matter the surface. Just some surfaces make them more expensive
