Looking like Durhams game against Yorkshire next week will be winner takes all..as Both our games are heading for draws this week
Could be handy Matty. He can bowl all day and rarely gets injured. Worth saying too, that some of the Australian test pitches are not all out pace jobs now, so might suit him.
Got to start well (something that his test team does seem to do) because down under, you can blink and be 0-2 before you know it.Must admit to a bit of trepidation.
Avoid defeat in the 1st test and it sets you up with a bit of momentum - the Aussies batting line up is weak and we have to try and exploit it. Ultimately it will be our batters v their bowlers that decides the series.
