Sort of England related. Really good interview from Ryan Campbell reviewing Durhams season. Lots of things similar to what SAFC are doing in terms of giving youth a chance, getting the right characters in and producing England players of the future. 'Destination Club', great way for him to sum them up. Worth watch for the full 30mins.
