Its their first test since January - its no wonder they look poor. Like anyone outside of England, Australia and India they dont play enough tests anymore.

Magnificent day yesterday. First visit to Lords, seeing Jimmy get his wicket, Gus amazing on debut and to top it off I spent 10 mins chatting with David Gower on st.johns wood high street.

As much as love to see England win… it’s not great to see a cricketing nation fall from grace. The Windies were unbeatable at one time with some of the best batsmen and bowlers this game had ever seen. Richards, Lloyd, Marshall, Greenwich, Holding and Robert’s to name a few… they were the Harlem Globetrotters of Cricket… it’s sad to see them now
