Can’t wait for Tuesday now!! Got a ticket from my parents as my Dad’s old employers still offer him these things since he retired. He worked for Vertu motors. Going with my fatha. After watching recently I really don’t know what to expect!! We’re bowling well and batting rubbish. Could be exciting

India much the better team over the series.

They manage difficult situations better, have outstanding bowlers in all conditions, and can win from anywhere.

We are short of at least one top class quick, and obviously Rashid, who is off to Mecca I think. Great.

Wood maybe, Archer possibly, Stone possibly are all quick and good enough, but who will be fit enough when they're needed? Rashid is good enough, but is he interested?

Looking forward to the match on Tuesday. Wonder if it's at risk of being cancelled due to the heat though?

Don’t see how it can. Seen them play in Melbourne in 40+ degrees. It’s going to be around 32 which, admittedly, is fkn hot, but surely they can’t use a heatwave as a reason to cancel? Weather will probably change anyhow as I’ve now got tickets so it’ll likely rain!!!

No chance. These players have played in this kind of heat loads of times....they'll manage it fine. Media drama queens looking for headlines will try to suggest that anyone who goes runs the risk of dying.....the vast majority will use their brain.....suncream,hat,water......how difficult can it be. Of course, there might be a cerebrally challenged individual or two who turns up, no water,no hat, gets pissed and ends up in Dryburn. Media,in their narrow eyes, will be justified! A headline, what could be better!

Absolutely this! I’m running 5 miles in this today. Gentle run obviously but just keep hydrated, hat and sunscreen!! Do the job perfectly
