I would usually say if we get NZ out with a lead less than 170 we’ll knock it off no worries with 3 full days left, however with our batting lineup

We were in a position to get these out with a lead of less than 150 now we’ll be lucky to be chasing less than 300.
Too many games where we’ve let teams get away from us.
As good as Anderson, Broad & Potts have been, we are missing that x-factor bowler like Wood or Archer from 2019
I agree but the top and bottom of it is our batting is terrible. It's fragile and weak and has been for a long time. Our bowlers are always defending poor scores

Having said that, we've had issues finishing teams off for years. This is not the first time we've let a team back into the game after having them 3 or 4 down for not very many
As you say, put 450 on the board first dig and this isn't even a conversation
